QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for 1st Year Representative must be:
a. Bonafide students of Luis Hervias Nationl High School;
b. Of good academic standing with a general average of 85 and without any failing grade of the previous school year in all grading periods.
c. Of good moral character and have not been subject to any disciplinary sanction;
d. Considered resigned and ineligible from the top 3 highest elective or designated positions from all organizations & clubs once elected in the student council.
